In this article, we're gonna look at troubleshooting you Xreacher campaigns.

Account not sending messages

When your account is not sending any messages, it can be due to:

  • Campaign not running

  • Lead list exhausted

  • Account was disconnected from Xreacher

If the campaign can't be turned on, you have to look at what is the issue. It's mostly gonna be that your lead list ran out of leads. Or that your X account got disconnected and you need to reconnect it by loggin in again.

If your account isn't sending any messages while the campaign is turned on, you gotta delete it and reconnect it manually. That should solve your problems.

Inbox is not working

If you can't load any messages from a certain account in the Inbox and get the error message, you need to reconnect the account to Xreacher. The account got either logged out, temporarily locked or suspended.

If you can't load up replies, you have to wait for the tool to load your older conversations to load up the older replies.

Leads are not scraping

So with lead scraping there are a couple of issues that you can encounter:

  • Empty scrapes

  • Leads stuck in progress

  • Not qualified leads

For the empty scrapes, in most cases you need to review your scraping parameters you entered in the scraping page. Here's a full guide on how to scrape leads. You'll also find how to scrape qualified leads in this guide.

If a lead list is stuck in progress, initiate another scrape and select a different account to scrape. In some cases our algorithm can get stuck at certain accounts causing the stoppage of progress.
